1. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be canceled as they may already be in production or shipping.
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection (please check our size guides before purchasing)
- Personalized or made-to-order items

3. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Replacements & Exchanges
We offer free replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you receive such an item, email us within 7 days with supporting photos, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

- Opened or used hygiene products
6. Late or Missing Refunds
