- Counter-Notification

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed because of error or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your jurisdiction (or equivalent local court), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
After receiving a valid counter-notification, Cattoza may restore the removed content unless notified by the complainant that they have filed a legal action.
- Repeat Infringers
Cattoza reserves the right to terminate or restrict access of users who repeatedly infringe copyright upon notification.
